Write it Out is a monthly creative writing series from my sister Kate at Clear the Way. It is an opportunity to explore your creative side with the full support of the blogging community. After starting my super personal poetry series I’m feeling more inclined to do a journal style post for Write it Out this month. This topic is so fitting for me in my life right now. Last month I shared about feeling stressed, and I’ve spent this past month figuring out my stress triggers and finding ways to seek peace in my daily routine. So here are the three strategies I’ve come up with to create balance in my life.
